Class Schedule
Classes are held daily at The Pearl Zone, with two flexible time slots:
- 12:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 16:00
(Applicable only with prior booking)
Booking Conditions

Guests are kindly requested to book at least 24 hours in advance so that our team can prepare the staff, materials, and classroom space thoroughly.

Minimum number of participants: 2 guests per class.
Class Content
- Experience preparing 4 signature dishes: Traditional crispy crab spring rolls, Fresh spring roll, Beef “Luc Lac”, and Vietnamese house coffee Flan
- Direct instruction by a professional chef from The Pearl Hoi An.
- Interact and chat with the Head Chef, learning the story and inspiration behind each dish.
